Dear Friends and Neighbors,

I’m running for Mayor because I care deeply about the people of our community. Winterville is not just where I live—it’s where I’ve built my life, my family, and my service. Since beginning my career as an employee of the Town in 1973, I have been blessed to work alongside so many of you who love this community as much as I do.

Over the years, I have also served as a volunteer fireman, a Kiwanis Member, a Ruritan Member, and a volunteer athletic coach with Pitt County Schools. Each of these experiences has given me a greater appreciation for the strength, heart, and determination of Winterville’s people.

As Mayor, my top priorities will always be the needs of our families and businesses:

• Public Safety to protect what matters most.
• Reliable Public Services that meet the demands of a growing town.
• Lower Taxes and Fiscal Responsibility to ensure every dollar is spent wisely.
• Support for Good Schools so our children can learn, grow, and succeed.
• Recreation Opportunities for All Ages to strengthen our quality of life.

I am equally committed to how we spend taxpayer money. My goal is to ensure that Winterville grows responsibly, balancing progress with fiscal responsibility.
